The most disgusting community I've ever seen. We just arrived in Texas and looked at a lot of properties but this place is like a different world. The hallway floors are so dirty from leaking garbage bags. Residents here had bags of trash outside their doors, dripping onto the floor. Strong smell of marijuana. No. Nobody cares here.

We have been tenants for over 3 years. We are easygoing, reasonable, pay on time and consistently. If you ever have a problem, and believe me you will, good luck getting help. The office is rarely open. Telephone calls are not answered. E-mails go unanswered. Beware!

Don't rent here! I had nothing but problems with this place from the moment I paid my deposit. I happily paid over 2,000 extra to leave this place early. They charged me a pet deposit and a fee when they shouldn't have,2. I spoke to them about it every month and they said, "We'll fix it before your next bill"3. There is rubbish everywhere! I have stacked pictures in the hallways which I will post soon.4. It's been three months since I moved. They told me that I receive...
all back. I haven't seen a penny.5. I just found out that the money I was told would go towards my security deposits was sent to collection agencies! I've never had anything sent to collections in my life. and a company that owes me about $1000 sent me to collect for $131 of the fees they charged AFTER they repossessed the condo! (I also tried paying for this and their portal wouldn't let me anymore so I called them and they said they could deduct it from my refund). Edit: 6. I just found out and got some letters from the resort. . that they THE APT I AM NO MORE! I gave them my new address before I left. However, it took a month before I got a notification from them that they were charging me for garbage disposal two months before I moved in. Do not do it! terrible terrible company! Lies at every turn!

The management is horrible and never taken care of. They overcharged us for rent, dog poop all over the property, evictions every month.

Worst complex in Frisco

I am a current resident and would not recommend anyone to live here. The worst is the staff. I have to follow up every day. That was the worst experience I've ever had. I had to escalate to property management to have my broken refrigerator fixed. After a month it was finally half fixed. The employees are not responsive and don't care about their work. I don't know where to find these people.

Insecure and incompetent maintenance staff

I reported an issue about incompetent maintenance staff 2 months ago. I have a video showing a plumbing snake coming out of my shower. If he hadn't acted quickly, he would have been seriously injured. I have shown the video to the on site manager but the incompetent maintenance staff are still busy and were not offered anything due to the duress, fear and stress this has caused. Imagine stepping into the shower and a VERY sharp metal snake appears between your legs. was...
He assured that appropriate action and compensation would be taken, but nothing was done. The video is very disturbing. I still haven't showered in that bathroom since that incident. Since absolutely nothing has been done, I believe the only appropriate response is legal action. If the staff is serious, this issue needs to be resolved. No action means management condones such incompetence and life threatening actions

Pathetic account management - worst experience ever

Offlate I see increased sewage, water and other per unit costs. When I try to contact the reception via email or phone, I don't get an answer. I'm forced to pay for something I don't know for sure. Improve your customer service and speak respectfully to residents and respond to all inquiries.
